- What formats does the magazine come in?
When you purchase or subscribe to The Independent Fantasy and Sci-Fi Magazine, you will receive both ePub and PDF format versions.
- Where will the copies be sent?
They will be sent to the email address you used to subscribe or purchase the individual issue.
- Will the ePub work on my Kindle?
Kindle has the ability to automatically convert ePub documents to Kindle eBooks. Use the "Send to Kindle" website, or email the file to your Kindle's unique email address. Alternatively, opening an ePub in the Kindle app on your smartphone will automatically convert them to Kindle format.
- I can't open the ePub file on my computer
An eBook reading application, such as Calibre or Thorium, is required for opening ePubs on a computer. Alternatively, the PDF version should open without any trouble on a computer.
- The links in the emails aren't working
If you are having trouble accessing the links, I recommend changing to a different Wi-Fi network or turning off Wi-Fi as some network providers block in-email links by default. If you're still having issues, send us an email at admin@ifs-mag.com, and we will send you your copies a different way!
